Here at Brentwood we pride ourselves in being a market leader for all property management, construction, lettings and acquisitions within the Manchester area. Established in 2001 with a team of only 3 people and a handful of properties, our staff number has now grown and we are responsible for the management of over 400 units. Whether you are a tenant looking for a new place to live, or a landlord with a property to let, you will benefit from our first class service.
Based in Moston Brentwood is responsible for the smooth running of our vast portfolio of properties, this includes, advertising, referencing tenants, maintenance and acquisitions. At Brentwood we understand that moving house can be a daunting time for anyone, however with our professional friendly service you will be helped and advised every step of the way. Company History
During the first year the company was set up Brentwood Construction Ltd diversified and began renting their own properties. From there, Brentwood Investments Ltd was set up. Now Brentwood Investments has a large range of properties which we are renting throughout the Manchester area.
As a sister company of Brentwood Investments, Brentwood Lettings was devised to manage the Tenants and Landlords that use our services.

Brentwood Lettings is registered with mlis. The service allows Landlords and managing agents to reference their prospective tenants against information held by the Council. This is to ensure that if an emergancy occurs, regarding a property, the Landlord can be on hand to manage the situation. We currently manage property on behalf of Landlords of property in Manchester, who live in the London area. As we have an experienced team of letting staff, and our own in house construction company. We can ensure any situation that may arise, will be dealt with correctly, safety and efficiently. More information on mlis can be found on the Manchester City Council website. |
