Michael Brown, Company Director & Company Sales and Acquisitions

Mike is the person that oversees the smooth running of every aspect of Brentwood. His main duties are to aquire properties to purchase and to manage the Brentwood finances.

Mike has previously worked as a Roofing contractor for 20 plus years and has worked with property for over 8 years.

Dean Ryan, Contracts Manager & Property Sales and Acquisitions

I've been working for Brentwood since the company began. My main duties are to organise and manage the construction team and liase with any clients requiring contsruction work. I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry and have been working with sales and lettings for over 8 years.

Jennifer Murray , Property Services Manager

I began working for Brentwood in September 2005, after spending many years in the social work field and i havn't looked back since! My resposibilities are to manage the whole portfolio of properties from dealing with issues with the houses to ensuring the tenants are looked after and any issues to do with their tenancies are dealt with accordingly. I offer a very professional and comprehensive service to investors, who approach the company to manage their properties and due to the demand am presently extending our services to meet the needs of further areas of Greater Manchester! and i do all of this with a smile!

Marcela Pritchard, Lettings Administration

I started with Brentwood shortly after Jenny. I am a well organised person. I have a wide range of duties mainly accounts and administration. I also carry out invoicing and act as personal assistant to the Directors. I arrange the reference checks, tenancy agreements, gas safety checks, payments made by tenants and as I am a good all rounder I step in to the place of many of the employees who are on annual leave.

Joseph Beck

I am the newest member of the team, and since joining I have enjoyed working for a friendly, professional organisation. The workplace is completely unique to anywhere I have previously worked and the morale is very high. My main responsibilities are to ensure the properties are heavily advertised, arranging the paperwork for tenancy agreements and handling calls from prospective tenants and landlords.

Tracey Brown

I have been working for Brentwood since January 2008 and have enjoyed working for a company with a strong sense of stability and growth. My main duties include, carrying out moving in and moving out inventories, arranging and performing viewings on new properties, arranging the utilities for any prospective tenants and handling calls in the office.
