Mike is the person that oversees the smooth running of every aspect of Brentwood. His main duties are to aquire properties to purchase and to manage the Brentwood finances.
Mike has previously worked as a Roofing contractor for 20 plus years and has worked with property for over 8 years.
Dean Ryan, Contracts Manager & Property Sales and Acquisitions
I've been working for Brentwood since the company began. My main duties are to organise and manage the construction team and liase with any clients requiring contsruction work. I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry and have been working with sales and lettings for over 8 years.
Joseph Beck, Office Manager
I work as Office Manager, My role is to ensure the smooth running of all our managed properties which currently stands at over 400 throughout Manchester, This includes liaising with current and prospective landlords, handling any issue however small from our tenants. Referencing and preparing for new tenancies. I am also responsible for the advertising of our properties both in house and online. I have been with the company for over a year and enjoy working with a friendly and professional team.
Marcela Pritchard, Lettings Administration
I started with Brentwood in 2005. I am a well organised person. I have a wide range of duties mainly accounts and administration. I also carry out invoicing and act as personal assistant to the Directors. I arrange the reference checks, tenancy agreements, gas safety checks, payments made by tenants and as I am a good all rounder I step in to the place of many of the employees who are on annual leave.
Jodie Salter
I am the first port of call for our tenants and landlords, My job is to help with the day to day running of the business by dealing with telephone calls and anyone coming into the office with an enquiry. As Office Assistant I am constantly working with the Office Manager to ensure the company is running smoothly and efficiently. I have been with the company for almost a year and enjoy working with a friendly professional team.
